A portion of the sign was broken when it initially arrived but the seller sent a replacement part promptly with instructions on how to install it. He went out of his way to make things right. This is an excellent and highly recommended seller that I would gladly do business with again. The attached image is the actual sign that I received after I put the new part in. I was considering a few different eBay sellers for a custom neon sign, and this was absolutely the right choice. They made a great mock up and produced a sign very close to the original sketch. I was STUNNED how fast it arrived. We had a tight deadline, and the seller MADE and SHIPPED the item in under a week--from across the globe!
