I cleaned it up and up and it works, so considering the price no problem. You should check the rest of them though and make this apparent in the description, if this has happened.

(I note that other reviewers have made similar comments about CMYK Technology's lack of response to customer concerns.)

Fair play to them that was in the description but not obvious. That being said, there was absolutely no problem in cancelling the sale and getting a refund. I would not hesitate to deal with the seller again.
