The items are sold as open box, but I have ordered four of these and they are basically brand new. If they didn't advertise as "open box", I wouldn't know the difference! GREAT PRICE and fast shipping!!! On a side note, I ordered three at once. After going to use one, one of them was DOA. I messaged to ask about if an exchange was possible. The reply was a FedEx tracking number for a replacement!!

More so instead of the hassle of sending it back they told me to just toss it. Would of exchanged it but I had already purchased another at a RV parts store at double the price but I needed it right away for a trip I was going on. Wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future!
