They replied very quickly and very apologetic and sent the UK power supplies straight away. Great comms and customer service. The Desk Pi Pro case is really impressive build quality - it's so much more than just a case - there's add-on boards etc inside to break out the ports etc. Proper job A+++

The lumi spa wand was in good condition but the charging unit was not working. I contacted the seller who was very helpful and has very quickly sent me a new charging unit which works perfectly. Im very pleased with the service and good value Would recommend.
