It was shipped quickly and I’m happy with the price I paid. There was a mixup due to illness and the bobbin case didn’t make it in the box. When started to ask about it the seller had already noticed it, notified me, and shipped it. I’m really grateful that they were so honest and helpful. Fabulous and honest seller.

Communication with the seller was prompt and very friendly. The package was heavy, and the item was very carefully wrapped so that any possible rough handling from the carrier was unlikely to cause any problems to the item during shipping. I am very happy, love my item, and now follow this wonderful seller! Thanks.

Between an accident, road construction, and ungodly amounts of rain, we arrived over an hour late to our destination. However, Johnny continued to wait patiently and with great concern on the state of our wellbeing. Upon our arrival, he carefully helped my husband position the floor lamps in the back of our pickup so they would arrive at our home safely. The floor lamps were as described. Seller worked with us on the price.
