I had originally purchased this item for my son and we have no complaints. The item came as described in all of its original packaging. The quality of the headphones are great, my son hasn’t had any issues so far and they muffle the sound enough in the room where we’re not distracting him from his school work. This item is definitely worth the money and I love the color of these headphones, they look and feel like very expensive ones.

Switching between music and call modes reduces sound quality significantly, requiring frequent manual adjustments. Setup was frustrating; I had to search forums to resolve device conflicts. Also, these headphones can’t connect to the JBL app for equalizer settings, which is disappointing.

I listen to Classical music which needs a refined sound to hear all of the instruments played in the ensemble. I could hear stereophonically, the individual instruments: violins at 1pm, cello aparated localities as one would hear at a real concert. t could be tweaked better but it's so good, beyond its low $30 price.
