Tried to resolve this with the seller, after four days of frustrating messaging back and forth, with no resolution or acceptance of being misleading/inaccurate. I was ready to take this matter up with Ebay! Only at that point I was offered and received a full refund. Possibly adverse weather but Evri didn’t communicate until 17th January (date of delivery). None of this is the seller’s fault, as the item was marked posted on the day of the order, but wanted to let others know.
