The Seagate Momentus connects to a motherboard via a 3 GB/s SATA interface. This delivers plenty of data transfer speed. A 7200 RPM spindle allows you to access any address on the hard disk quickly. A fluid dynamic bearing motor decreases noise, wear, and vibrations, which increase the life of the component.Latency rates have a major impact on overall disk performance.
