The tracking showed it comes through Heathrow International and im not sure why as it says its based in Margate. The item did eventually arrive but too late for my holiday so haven't tried these packing cubes yet. I did get in touch with the seller when the item didn't arrive and they offered a refund but I was to pay it back if the items arrived. The items arrived before the refund. It took almost a month to get these packing cubes
