I ship all rolled and in boxes that they fit in. If they didn't fit then it would be a problem and I certainly cannot ship them flat. I don't see that your items were damaged in your feedback so I'm guessing they installed fine and looked great. Thanks for being so understanding about my wife's treatments as well.
