For starters, they were communicative about the issues with the package, and reshipped it when the first one was lost. The package came perfectly in good condition, it was priced well, quality is good, and it looks exactly like in the photos. The limbus code worked like a charm, and the bookmark is perfect. Would buy from them again.

The item came in well protected with bubble wrap, and was exactly as described. Packaging was also very well done, secured with cardboard and bubble wrap so nothing broke. The seller also contacted me after I bought the item with more information about the tracking/shipping and common problems that could occur.
