Communication with the seller was easy, the kimono was packaged beautifully and with great care, shipping took a minute, but since the seller was away when I placed my order I'm not complaining - only mentioning it in case it's important to someone else. I will absolutely be buying from this seller again soon (there's still at le6one color I don't have in my kimono collection yet)!
