When one arrived with a weak spring they immediately offered to send a replacement no questions asked. I would not hesitate to come back when I need anything for my bike. As a result DHL contacted me demanding an extra fee and brokerage on the one item, the muffler clamp. The other 2 parts came together in the normal mail. go figure. The seller had tried to fix this but Ebay was not helpful.
