However, incorrect items were sent. Zero replies from seller via eBay & mobile. Sent back items & then only partially refunded as seller claims ‘items were not returned in original condition’. They were returned immediately in the original packaging! Had to open a case with eBay who issued me with full refund in my favour. You also only returned 2 of the 4 items you paid for, which is why we refunded for two of your items, assuming you have used the two you did not return, we would not refund them,

The reason for neutral is the delay in receiving the item and lack of customer service. When I messaged the seller saying it hadn't arrived. They replied saying its on its way we posted a day or two after your order. I replied with how long should I wait it has been more than a week. I got no reply.
