Item was "new" but it wasnt in the description that it was taken off of RTR models. Mine was good shape. saw a light oil residue, but could have been from the factory during assembly. only time will tell if its ok. I notified them and they responded and let me know these came off of new RTR models that haven been run. Im ok with that. Thanks for the deal.
