It's not the cartridge problem as there is something wrong with the print head. Bought a new one of those too and that one was defective as well. Got tired of dried up clogged print heads and went out and spent $$$ on a color laser. Hopefully the replacement print head will actually work and I really like my little inkjet. Otherwise it went in and the printer recognized as being full.

It is genuine Epson ink in air-tight clear sealed plastic and brand-new condition. Advertised with 18 to 24 month expiration and 1 of the 3 bottles actually expires in 2028 so even better! Highly recommend this seller for quality product at a great price. Purchased 1 each, CYM, and will definitely look to them when I need a black refill.
