Ring gear bolts tq spec 65ftlbs carrier bearing cap tq spec is 60 ftlbs the center blocks the pin goes through have to be filed down on the flat side a little bit roughly 8-10 thousandths other than that installation is pretty straight forward

Made 2 shims 0.4mm each to get it tight enough. Also had to grind alot to even get it in the housing. When finally in, i had to grind alot more on the two small pieces to make room for rotation in the housing. Anyway, it’s in place and works like expected ������
