I won't stand for it. Rude people get nothing from me. We can all be better especially when behind our screens. It takes much less energy to be kind. And it feels better at the end of the day.

No tracking information until 5/23/25. No updates from seller before or after opening an item not received case. Seller won't proactively respond to a case being opened against them. It has been fixed. I have also had some issues with one of my local post offices losing packages for days on end. I no longer drop off there. I responded to your claim with the refund as requested. My apologies that your experience was less than stellar. I shoot for 100% all the time, but mistakes happen. Some of them are within my control and I make adjustments as needed. Some are out of my hands but I still make the attempt to fix them.
