We are available and responsive to all customers within 12-24hrs if not sooner! Anyhow, we would love to see what you recieved and fix whatever the issue may be once we see it. We clearly state these are replacement seat covers and NOT OEM so colors can vary from what was there to what we sent. A mix up for Purple over Navy blue isnt likely but we would correct if such did happen also. In any event my bad...I should have given them a chance.
