I feel I need to address all the whining I see about the band not being adjustable or either very hard to adjust. It took me 12 mins to adjust mine, removing 2 pins and two links. If you look closely at the links closest to the clasp you will see a flat piece and a round piece in the ends, I simply took a sharp pick and tapped gently on the round piece, leave it barely in the band. Leave the flat piece alone, pretend it's not there,
