    I asked the seller to provide additional photos of the back of the package so I could see if the air freshener had gelled, and when they did not provide an image, I asked verbatim if these were gelled or liquid. If they are gelled, the scent will not come through. The seller confirmed that they were liquid. And yet what did I receive after paying more than double ($8 per refill when they are ~$3 at B&BW) plus shipping? GELLED REFILLS. Thanks for nothing.

    hello, thanks for the feedback, i would still say that they are liquid, im not sure how is it gelled. Also i accept free returns with free shipping, you never contacted me after the delivery ( i could have just refund you your money), again thank you!!
