The end of the de minimis tariff exemption on items coming into the United States has really put a damper on international purchases. I would have preferred that the seller had shipped this toy to me on an earlier date, so I would have been able to avoid some (not all) of the tariffs on Japan-originating items. But I am still so pleased with this rare toy and I am happy with the way the seller carefully packaged it.
