They did refund me 100% of what I paid and I did not have to send the item back to them.It was a lower priced item. I do believe it was new but quality has gone down so much with everything. The seller was very responsive and polite and the packaging was amazing as well as fast shipping !! The quality is great and the item was exactly like the picture as well as its features . I’m so so happy , I’ve been looking for a tv to bring back that vibe I grew up with as a child instead of all these subscriptions and flat screens . IM THE HAPPIEST and nothing could make me happier ! For the price this was so worth it ! Thank you again :)
