To buy this canner new would have been double the price, so I feel I got a good deal. I was very pleased to see the seller had packaged the canner very well in a sturdy corrugated box with plenty of packing material to insure it arrived safely. I am also glad my purchase benefited the Idaho Youth Ranch; it seems to be an organization worth supporting!

The post office really screwed this shipment up, but seller couldn't have been nicer about it, even though their office was short staffed they gave me (a retired person with extra time) all the info i needed to complain online and light a fire under USPS' butt and find it and get it moving to me. So I have it now and I'm happy. They communicated with me nicely and now all is well.
