I notified the seller immediately seconds after opening and finding the damage and they immediately responded to me saying they would refund. Unfortunately, this happens, particularly with fragile items like shorebirds sent in the mail. I wish the mail handled items that are marked fragile delicately, but unfortunately that’s not always the case. I feel bad for the seller.
