When I reached out to the seller, they responded quickly and handled the issue and refund gracefully. I will most definitely do business again with this seller and highly recommend them. Shipping was perfect and the watch is a great value for the cost. However, the watch as received did not tick/function and will need a thorough service and oiling. The seller gracefully agreed to cover this cost in full! The Seller was incrediby responsive and flexible in this regard. The Seller is highly recommended as a eBay seller; A++++; I will buy again.
