Many Sellers do not properly identify the "KEPRA" (KORPA) error stamp or sheet, especially since it is only one stamp in certain position on a sheet of fifty, and less than 0.5% of all the stamps printed exhibit this error. This Seller had it right, making this purchase a great value.
