I asked some very specific about the condition of my Pentax LX before I decided to purchase it. I made the purchase, but then the seller came back to me and said that the condition of the item was not quite as he described to me when he inspected it before shipping. He offered me a partial refund as a discount on the selling price. I received the LX promptly in the condition he described. Amazing customer service.
