An action-adventure game released by Konami for SNES in 1994, 'Sparkster' is a scrolling shooter featuring the eponymous main character. This single-player game is only available for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System and features a distinctive soundtrack that won the award for Best Sound Effects of 1994 by Electronic Gaming Monthly. The main character of Sparkster is an opossum knight armed with a rocket pack and sword firing energy bolts. Sparkster fights to protect his kingdom against an army of robots and yellow wolves. Your goal is to defeat the rival Rocket Knight Axel Gear and save the planet from destruction.
