But never gave a partial refund. When the item arrived it was missing parts, I asked where those were and the seller never responded. The Stay Puft outdoor decoration is a great product and I’m happy to have it for the Halloween. It was a fair price if it was complete and I will say its appearance was accurate to the sellers’s description.
