A week later I was issued a refund and when I inquired why I was told the item was opened and dirty! Really?! This is my first negative review in 20+ years as an eBay Seller/Buyer.

They did not truthfully answer questions about the condition of the item. Outside, including lining had stains, which they specifically denied the item had, in our communication. There is a strong odor to the bag. The shipping box was too small and part of the item was being crushed by the box.
