She was wrapped and packaged in her original Tyler Wentworth box to ensure safe delivery. Shipping was prompt and arrived exactly on time. Her dress was a little dirty being white, but because it is linen I was able to hand wash it in extremely cold water, and it came out clean and didn't shrink. I truly love her, and she is a great asset to my collection, so I feel she is an excellent value.
