I do fault rough handlers and perhaps a little bubble wrap and securing the item may have helped save it from transport . The seller was wonderful ; offered a quick and generous resolution . I would order from this seller again . The damaged item value after the partial refund was very good . I still love the piece ; I will have to come up with a way to mask the defect as I will still display it and enjoy it for years to come .
