They helped with the shipping, great packing on a crate, Loaded it on the truck and communicated that it got shipped out. Unit was as described and a good deal. Despite this, the people employed by the Ebay global shipping program managed to severely damage the clock during transport. I am happy with the seller. On numerous occasions have items arrived damaged using the Ebay global shipping program. I am not happy about this.
