There was quite a few issues to deal with. I believe they were refunded their purchase price. My apologies. Perhaps in the future, if something as important as an entire households hot water supply is at stake maybe it's not the greatest idea to buy secondhand used parts for the water heater from across the country, sold used as is... but regardless, if they didn't receive their item they got refunded, thanx
