The estimated shipping time should be tripled whenever the route takes it through that distribution hub since I suspect that rather than being shipped by air, packages are shipped by, well, SHIP to Hawaii. If the transparency was there, I wouldn’t mind so much. When tried to return seller said they sent return label, never did. 3 times contacted them haven't received return label and they never sent it. They said they sent it to my email but they didn't have my email to do that. I sent my email and still nothing. Why not return through ebay, because they dont accept returns. The seller never responded or acknowledged my request. The item arrived quickly and is as described, however , it’s too expensive to return so I had to keep it because the seller ignored my request.
