Covered by the money back guarantee but an extremely poor way of conducting business by the seller. Terrible communication. The card arrived undamaged, but was placed in a penny sleeve wrapped in a sheet of paper, and then put in a pwe. There was nothing protecting it from getting bent, no toploader or any thick cardboard. I'm not buying from this seller again.
