After multiple attempts to contact the seller with no response I had to contact eBay for assistance. Seller never offered to refund the purchase or replace the item. Covered by the money back guarantee but an extremely poor way of conducting business by the seller. Terrible communication. The card arrived undamaged, but was placed in a penny sleeve wrapped in a sheet of paper, and then put in a pwe. There was nothing protecting it from getting bent, no toploader or any thick cardboard. I'm not buying from this seller again.
