It looks good and contains a wealth of recipes using fruit and vegetables that are obtainable in the UK - or will accept a substitute fruit or veg without making a complete mockery of the recipe. Definitely a 'feel-good' book. I felt 'healthier' by just reading it. Now to do some serious cooking, fermenting and preservation of all the autumn glut of fruit and vegetables.
