I had a question before buying, kind of a strange question, but they didn't mind and answered it almost right away! The packaging was great. It came exactly as described pictured, it's soo cute! The value was amazing, especially as a loose piece that's really hard to find. The shipping was great on their end! We had some issues with USPS rerouting my stuff, but the seller reached out to me and kept me informed which was very much appreciated!! This was a great transaction
