The steam deck was faulty from day 1, inconsistently turning on. On closer inspection it seems like it was a bad repair. Weeks later, made a fraudulent return request, when the item in question worked fine on arrival back to me. it came it horrible condition in regards to packaging, which induced further cost for me when it comes to a resale. I was still going to offer a refund anyway, but ebay's payment system let me down, and would fail to send a verification notification to either of my banks, resulting in failed pay.
