Emailed the seller who was prompt in sending me another at no extra cost. I returned the package from the UK and the seller offered to refund the postage but it wasn't particularly expensive so I'm happy to just have the right strap for my watch. Great quality item at a price that isn't out of reach . Highly recommend seller
