What actually happened was Seller was advertising the more expensive 4-Step ladder and in turn wanted to sell me a 3-Step ladder instead, so they cancelled and sent me a link for the same order, except $15 more. A sneaky Seller, waste of time and a tarnish to the eBay community. Reported Seller to eBay.
