But the seller had established a great rapport from the start and I told them about the incident and they were more than happy to give me a full refund even without returning the adapter. I’m glad this was the seller I bought from even if things didn’t go exactly as planned. If you’re looking for a seller who is great at communication and ensures your needs are met, this is the one.
