They're profile was not flagged as "away" and after messaging them to ask when it would be mailed out, I received a messaging indicating it would go out next-day... and then it still took a week after the message for it to even have a USPS label created. I got the right item, and the packaging was fine, but I will not be purchasing anything from beyourselfvintage again.
