When there was no movement on tracking and delivery date had passed, I contacted seller, and received prompt and courteous reply.

It was a week late, so I wanted to make sure since the tracking number wasn't working. Cons: Tracking did not work, delayed arrival (not seller's fault), the ring isn't a "meditation ring" but a set of rings that are way too light to be sterling silver as advertised--quality is not good--cheap looking, and this seller is NOT in New York as advertised. I never order international. Will not order from seller again.
