Seller required me to purchase another item in order to receive a new strap, which still did not have the same quality hardware that was shown in the photos. Seller also promised to include some "goodies" as a way to make me feel better about the transaction, but nothing extra was included. Not impressed with the quality of either the products or the customer service provided.
