I messaged seller about it but they stopped responding, not that cool. The headset is in good condition, looks brand new as advertised by the seller so I am very glad about that. Although I'd say packaging could be better because box was too big and there was too much space in the box, but item arrived well and wasn't damaged. Thank you for the item.
