The seller did put the rudder pedal box into a larger cardboard box to conceal the contents, but there wasn't any padding in either box, so the pedals were just kinda bouncing around loose in there. In spite of there being no external damage, the potentiometer for the rudder axis is either defective or installed incorrectly, leading to a permanent 30% input on one side. This cannot be fixed with Windows calibration or using the company's drivers.
