Reviews
"It is a charming addition to any child's library. It offers the perfect mix of education and entertainment in a visually stunning package. The book is also an excellent choice for classroom story time, as students can share their ideas of what they think the moon is made of." --Carol Thompson for Readers' Choice "In a publishing landscape often dominated by simple bedtime stories and predictable patterns, "The VERY Important Question Series" by Jhiela Poynter emerges as a breath of fresh air ... This thoughtful series transforms simple questions that children ask into engaging bedtime adventures that celebrate curiosity rather than rushing to provide answers ... The VERY Important Question Series" achieves something special: it creates genuine bedtime literature that soothes while it stimulates, teaches while it entertains, and respects children's intelligence while nurturing their imagination. Overall, these books stand out as thoughtful, beautifully crafted bedtime stories that will remain in the minds of children." --Maria Ashford for Book-Shelfie.com

Collect all five books in this engaging series, with other kid-favorites including Why Do Leaves Fall? and What Is the Moon Made Of? available now from Little Peaces, an imprint of Peace of Prose Publishing. These poem-based stories explore different answers to their respective questions, with some answers whimsical, others rooted in folklore or science, and many of them inspired by real answers from real kids. By presenting inclusivity in a subtle, organic way, this series also strives to present young readers with generalized exposure to different cultural ideologies, fostering acceptance of diversity at an early age. The primary concept, however, is that by embracing the chaos of bedtime, and indulging busy little minds with creative poems and beautiful artwork, children will be able to rest calmer, easier, and more satisfied, allowing for the much-coveted smooth transition to sleep. Where do YOU think the wind goes?, Poynter's 28-page picture book, "Where Does the Wind Go?" uses creative rhyme to teach children the value of independent thought and listening to others' ideas. It has been featured in the press and received five-star editorial reviews.
